About the Role

As a Program Delivery Coordinator at EveryDay Labs, your work will immediately improve student outcomes by helping districts across the country to reduce absenteeism and increase learning time for students who need it most - in the classroom and in remote learning. Your primary responsibility is to support the Program Delivery team. As a team, our goal is to support the school districts with error-free generation and delivery of paper- and text-attendance reports. You will verify that our teams correctly (error free) send tens of thousands of attendance reports to school districts and individual families across the United States. You will bring your attention to detail, problem solving and interpersonal skills as you work with cross functional team members. You will provide support to all team members in regards to notifying errors / inconsistencies in our attendance reports and managing project deadlines. You will also be incharge of communication with our third party SMS text vendor to facilitate efficient processes for text-based attendance communications.

Must have:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to be a liaison between cross-functional teams while providing quality assurance.
  • Coordination skills, working with team leads to build our paper and text based reports with zero errors.
  • System spot checking, detail identification and successful error free work.
  • Self-starter, organized and able to meet deadlines by moving projects forward.
  • Document processes for existing as well as for building new products.
  • Be fearless about learning - develop an understanding of internal processes and related challenges to recommend improvements.
  • Process improvement mind-set by evaluating “as-is” processes for optimization, scalability, or automation for improved operational efficiency, ease of use, and effectiveness.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Driven by mission: you feel a deep sense of ownership for your work, and relentless desire to deliver better results.
  • Flexibility: You are comfortable working in ambiguous environments and taking initiative to contribute in a variety of ways.
  • 3 years of experience in lieu of degree

Nice to have:

  • Fluency in languages, especially spanish
  • 2 years of experience, ideally working in a software technology or Saas-based company or in a cross-functional coordination and/or process improvement role
  • Project management experience
  • Familiarity with the tools we have, like Box, G-Suites, Twilio, Jira, Confluence, and Slack
  • Experience working in schools and/or working with student data
