About the Role:

As a Sales Operations Coordinator at EveryDay Labs, your work will immediately improve student outcomes by helping districts across the country to reduce absenteeism and increase learning time for students who need it most - in the classroom and in remote learning. Your primary responsibility is to support the sales team by creating proposals and contracts for District Partners, working closely with Sales Operations and Finance on pricing models and individual deal pricing when necessary. You will also assist with vendor registration and onboarding them. Maintain the integrity of the CRM data through automation and process improvement. Creating reports for forecasting, monitoring bids/RFPs and the monitoring KPI’s to present to leadership as needed. Must work Eastern business hours

Must have:

  • Knowledge of CRM systems such as Hubspot or Salesforce
  • Create reports for forecasting, monitoring KPIs and as requested by CEO/Sales
  • Experience supporting sales teams, Saas industry preferred
  • Analyzing data using statistics
  • Ability to prepare a presentation and coordinate meetings with clients
  • Multi-task and manage calendars, organize virtual and in-person meetings
  • Flexibility and ability to expand when necessary
  • Availability to work Eastern schedule
  • Stellar communication skills- written and oral

  • Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of relevant experience

Nice to have:

  • Project management experience
  • Hubspot experience
  • Experience with ecommerce, or accounting software (Quickbooks, Stripe, etc.)
