EveryDay Labs, a fast growing edtech startup, is hiring an experienced sales executive to join our small, collaborative team focused on K12 district-level sales to further our mission of improving student outcomes by reducing chronic absenteeism.

You’re a Great Fit if you:

  • Are a proven sales rep with 5+ years meeting or exceeding your quota of selling to K12 school district buyers
  • Have experience selling SAAS products and/or tech-enabled services
  • Track record of closing deals with an annual contract value of $50K+
  • Demonstrated success in the full sales lifecycle – from building your pipeline through networking and prospecting through closing
  • Willing to travel within the US to meet with current and prospective clients and attend conferences and events to generate leads
  • Have drive, self-awareness, coachability, and humility

The role:

As a foundational member of our sales team, you will represent EveryDay Labs in the market, with responsibility for the full sales cycle. For example, you’ll work to

  • Develop leads and build your pipeline, through in-person and virtual strategies
  • Forge relationships with key decision makers at school districts, becoming well versed in their needs, and a trusted advisor in attendance improvement strategies
  • Meet with prospects both in-person and virtually to understand their needs and educate them about EveryDay Labs
  • Answer questions and close district contracts
  • Introduce our Customer Success Managers who will quarterback implementation

We’ll count on you to continually refine your sales methods and collaborate with colleagues to share best practices. This is a critical role for the company and one best suited to a persistent, self-motivated person with strong sales acumen and business judgment. This is an independent contributor role and will not have any subordinates.

Compensation Range:

  • $85,000 - $125,000 base salary, depending on experience
  • Uncapped commission, estimated at 50% of base or more
  • Incentive stock options and benefits
